Fil de Lin is a design studio and retail company based in Seattle, Washington, offering interior design consulting services, curated merchandise, and related creative content. Our website serves as an informational, inspirational, and e-commerce platform where you may learn about our services, join our mailing list, and purchase select items.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.
Payments are processed securely through Squarespace, Square, and their approved payment processors. Fil de Lin does not store complete payment card information.
By submitting your payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that all information provided is accurate and complete.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery timelines are determined at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by third-party carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@fildelin.com within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items — such as custom, made-to-order, vintage, or final-sale pieces — may not be eligible for return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
9. Design Services
All design consulting services offered through Fil de Lin are subject to a separate Interior Design Agreement. These Terms apply only to use of the website and online store.
10. User Accounts and Submissions
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Any ideas, feedback, images, or materials submitted to Fil de Lin through our website or social channels may be used by us for business purposes, including marketing and portfolio content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in King County, Washington, administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the site at our discretion, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to Fil de Lin or its users.
